Berger Cookies

Cookies

•  2 cups flour
•  1½ teas baking powder
•  ¼ teas salt
•  1 stick soft butter
•  3/4 cup sugar
•  1 egg white
•  1½ tbls heavy cream
•  1½ teas vanilla

Frosting – melt and stir

•  3 cups chocolate chips
•  1¼ cups heavy cream
•  ¼ teas salt
•  1⅔ cups cocoa
•  1¼ cups powdered sugar
•  1½ teas vanilla

Bake at 350 8-10 minutes. Frost when cool.
