Berger Cookies

Cookies
- 2 cups flour
- 1½ teas baking powder
- ¼ teas salt
- 1 stick soft butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1½ tbls heavy cream
- 1½ teas vanilla
Frosting – melt and stir
- 3 cups chocolate chips
- 1¼ cups heavy cream
- ¼ teas salt
- 1⅔ cups cocoa
- 1¼ cups powdered sugar
- 1½ teas vanilla
Bake at 350 8-10 minutes. Frost when cool.
