Carrie’s Summer Salad

Dressing
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh poppy seeds
- fresh herbs (basil, cilantro and mint)
Pulse in food processor until blended. Chill.
