Chicken Italiano

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • ½ cup Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon parsley fresh or dried
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in baking dish with herbs and Parmesan. Coat each side of each chicken breast with the butter/herbs. Sprinkle with a bit more Parmesan and bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes
